U kunt de begeleidingsdraad eenvoudig vastpinnen op de grond met de meegeleverde krammen. Na ongeveer een maand zal het gras over de draad heen gegroeid zijn \u2013 uiteraard op voorwaarde dat het gras voldoende groeit. Een goede tip is om het gras zo kort mogelijk te maaien op de plaats waar de perimeterdraad zal worden ge\u00efnstalleerd om een zo klein mogelijke afstand tot de grond te bekomen.
