Bij de aanvraag voor reparatie van een toestel dat niet bij GRASROBOTS.be is aangekocht, rekenen we een forfaitair bedrag aan voor analyse. Het bedrag is inclusief BTW en andere belastingen die aan een herstelling verbonden kunnen zijn. Daarnaast zijn ook de administratieve kosten, zoals de opmaak van een nieuw klantendossier, inclusief. Geef je goedkeuring voor reparatie? Dan wordt de analysekost volledig of gedeeltelijk kwijtgescholden. Valt de reparatie volgens de leverancier volledig of gedeeltelijk onder garantievoorwaarden, dan zal GRASROBOTS.be de aangerekende analysekost volgens de beslissing van de leverancier verrekenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
